A resident of the Methow Valley since 2001, Lucas brings together an educational background in environmental planning and policy and 17 years of construction experience to create a quality, competitive construction company. From the desert southwest to the mountains of Washington state, his wide range of experience in materials, climates and design styles combine to create a foundation from which anything can be built. A graduate of Western Washington University, Lucas lives with his wife and two children in Winthrop, Washington, where they enjoy skiing at the Loup and on the Methow Trails network, hiking the surrounding hills and mountains in the spring and summer, and angling the local streams and lakes through the fall and into the winter.
Colter was born and raised on Lopez Island. He graduated from Washington State University in 2006 with two degrees in psychology and sociology. After spending his 5th and final summer fishing in Alaska, he moved back to Lopez and started building houses, as well as volunteering as a Little League baseball coach and high school basketball coach. In 2013, he moved to the Methow Valley with his 4-year-old daughter, Savannah.
